These roles will contribute to driving the group’s technology projects, including developing new customer features, enhancing data analytics, and improving fraud prevention measures. Last month, Bank of Ireland unveiled an upgrade to its ATMs across Ireland. This project is expected to be completed by 2027 and marks the largest investment in its cash machines in over a decade. Earlier this year, the bank allocated €15m towards enhancing its fraud prevention technology and announced a €34m investment in customer services. This investment includes the development of biometric voice technology and improved self-service capabilities.
