Dr. Marianne Holler, who has dedicated eight years of service to VNA Health Group in Neptune, will be transitioning from her full-time role as chief medical officer for hospice, palliative medicine, and the Parker Advanced Care Institute to an advisory position with the organization as she prepares for retirement. Dr. Audrey Radin, the current associate chief medical officer, will be promoted to chief medical officer.
Dr. Holler’s time at VNA has been marked by exceptional dedication and leadership. Her commitment to providing quality end-of-life care and her determination to support the region’s older population led her to establish VNA’s Palliative Care Program in 2016. Under her guidance, the program conducted over 10,000 patient visits in its first five years.
Christopher Rinn, CEO and president of VNA Health Group, praised Dr. Holler’s values and contributions, stating that her dedication and hard work have been integral to their hospice and palliative care services. Rinn expressed gratitude that Dr. Holler will continue to serve as an adviser, benefiting both patients and the communities they serve.
Dr. Radin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role, having started at Barnabas Health in 1993 and expanded her responsibilities to include Palliative Care in 2010. She has been a valuable member of the VNA family since 2015, following the home care and hospice partnership with Barnabas Health.
Rinn described Dr. Radin as a phenomenal physician and a leader in her field. Her extensive experience and dedication to patient care make her the ideal candidate to lead their hospice and palliative care services
