On Saturday, June 22, an international visitor traveled from Boston to Amsterdam through public transportation. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) has issued an alert that this individual may have exposed others to measles during their journey.
According to DPH, the individual took the Dartmouth Coach bus line in Hanover, NH at 11:40 a.m. and then traveled from Dartmouth College to Boston, MA. They arrived at Logan Airport (Boston, MA) at approximately 2:40 p.m., where they spent time from 2:40 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. at Terminal E, Gate E5 for Flight KLM6016 from Boston to Amsterdam.
In addition to these locations, the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services has confirmed that the individual visited several other places in Hanover between June 20-22, including Dartmouth College campus, The Hanover Inn, Hanover Scoops, and Lou’s Restaurant and Bakery.
